Mrs. Maria Souza

Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, Maria grew up in the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox community where she met her husband. Their two children attend ASA and feel very blessed their children are growing up with a strong educational foundation immersed in the Orthodox faith.

Over the years, Maria has been involved in the Orthodox and Greek community through various groups and youth activities. She has served as Parish Council member for Saint John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church as well as a member of the Strategic Planning Committee.

She has worked in the financial industry for over 23 years with the most recent years as a Treasury leader and practitioner for large public and private corporations. She’s excited and honored to serve as a member of the board for Agia Sophia Academy.
